Toughened Glass Partitioning

Toughened glass partitioning can be installed as either single or double glazed. It has been designed for the modern environment to allow light to fill every office whilst providing the feeling of space.--

Both systems use the unique clip fit system which greatly reduces installation times and almost eliminates the need for drilling and screwing. The peripheral aluminium sections have various finishes to include an extensive range of colours that can be chosen from either RAL or BS colour range. This means that you can create a bright and modern working environment in keeping with your existing or planned design for the rest of the building.

The Single Glazed System consists of an ultra slimline 25mm base, head and wall sections. Within these we install 10 to 15mm toughed glass panes being either butt jointed with clear plastic ‘H’ sections, or silicon jointed. The glass is then secured even further with a clear wedge gasket. This system shares most of it components with the double glazed system, therefore making it easy to integrate the two.

The Double Glazed system offers a range of enhanced sound attenuation properties. The unique system which comprises of an internal glazed post, gives a uniform external dimension of 74mm. This eliminates the need for a mullion post which encompasses the glass, giving flush and visually unbroken external lines on the glass wall.

Stud Partitioning

A flexible, popular system offering a multitude of design options combined with good sound and fire performance.

Our Stud Partitioning System offers attractive rounded aluminium profiles and a variety of design options together with good performance characteristics. This partitioning system is non-load bearing, available in 75mm, 100mm and 171mm overall nominal thicknesses. It can be constructed to provide both 30 minute fire resistance and good levels of sound attenuation.

The Stud System comprises of a galvanized steel stud framework being faced with either single or double layers of 12.5mm – 19mm thick gypsum wallboards.  The cavity can be utilized for electrical or data communication services and in-filled with various different insulation material to enhance the acoustic performance. Plasterboard faces can be decorated with a wide selection of Tektura wall coverings or just simply painted in the colour of your choice.

For both non-fire rated and half hour fire rated construction, snap-in PVC glazing components are used to achieve single center, single offset or double glazing configurations. Glass manifestations or interstitial horizontal blinds can be incorporated to satisfy aesthetic or privacy requirements.

The Stud Partitioning System, exposed framing components and trim sections are predominantly extruded aluminium profiles finished in either satin anodized, or powder coated to any RAL or British Standard colour. Where the wallboards meet, there are various different joint options to include for; standard cover trim, omega top hat section with PVC infill, pencil-line with concealed clip fixing for a monolithic appearance, or taped and filled flush joints for a seamless finish. Profile door frames and corner posts are available along with an extensive range of doors and ironmongery.

The Stud Partitioning System is all about aesthetics and performance; enabling us to virtually form any shape and create any environment.
